  • Oh yeah!! The gooey middle is completely intentional. Our cookies are baked to have soft, fudgy middle, similar to brownies! Totally safe to eat and totally delicious! πŸ˜‹

  • For the best experience, reheat your cookie in the oven at 350Β°F (175Β°C) for 3 minutes or pop your chonk in the microwave for 15-20 seconds to enjoy that fresh-baked gooey-ness.

    Quick tip! Try it with ice cream!πŸ‘€

    Unless you are similar with my partner, Justin, and live life on hard mode, you can certainly eat them frozen for an ice-cream-cookie-bar type of dessert!πŸ˜‹

  • Our Pounders are approximately a pound (16oz), or more… We’re talking THICKK, savage cookies loaded to the max, demanding attention.

    Chonksters are still chonky, between 5-7oz. They’re still thickk, loaded, and just a little easier to demolish than our full Pounders.

    ⚠️ Allergen Note

    We bake savage cookies and loaded with love, but our cookies are baked in a shared kitchen where traces of gluten, dairy, nuts, and soy, may be present. So if you’ve got severe allergies or celiac, sadly, we can’t promise 100% safety, therefore, we gotta say, no bestiee. Your health matters more than a cookie (and trust us, that’s saying something).

  • Chonksters are NOT Pounders’ copycats. They live in their ownn flavour lane.

  • Our cookies stay fresh at room temperature for 3-4 days in an airtight container.

    For longer storage, pop them in freezer for up to 3 months.Just re-heat before serving to bring that gooey-fresh-baked-chonky-cookie back πŸ˜‰

  • Absolutely! Wrap them individually, or keep them in a sealed container. When you’re ready, warm them up in the oven or microwave and they’ll taste just as chonky so day one.

  • Sure, we do singles!

    But we don’t send cookies on lonely dates. $15 minimum order keeps them in good company.πŸ˜‰

  • All sales are final. Once the cookies leave our kitchen, they’re yours.

    Our cookies are thickk, but our policy is thicker.. Sorry, babe. Our cookies are perishable and everything is baked fresh and made-to-order, we can’t accept returns or issue refunds.

    If there’s an issue with your order (damaged in transit, wrong cookies, etc). Please send as a message within 24 hrs of receiving your treats, and we’ll make it right.

  • Whenever we release new flavours, they get posted on our site and socials. From there:

    1) Check what’s available - Pounders and Chonksters rotate in limited batches, so flavours change often. So just always make sure you’re always checking our socials to see which Chonky is waiting for you.

    2) Pick your bundle or a lonely single, lock and claim your batch.

    3.) Pre-orders secure your batch. Wait for your chonky cookies to be baked fresh.

    No factory junk. Just homemade savage cookies.

  • We rotate our flavours on a rolling basis, not strictly monthly. We now drop flavours throughout the month, and you can order anytime from what’s available.

    Once they’re gone, they are gone, so keep your eyes peeled!

    And believe me, they sell out fast.

    Our cookies are baked fresh (not factory-made), so we run mostly on pre-orders.

    Make sure you’re following us on our socials so so you don’t miss the next drop!

CALGARY & EDMONTON: Pick ups & Pop-ups

  • YES and you’ve got options!

    • EDMONTON β†’ Free local pickup, 7 days a week. We will notify you once your order is ready and we will coordinate a convenient time for pickup that works best for both of us. :)

    • CALGARY β†’ We offer local drop offs for just $3. Orders get dropped off in Calgary, and we’ll notify you once your order is ready for pickup.

    Best way to skip shipping fee and get your Chonky cookies baked fresh AF straight to your hands.

  • We always give a heads up on Instagram and through our site before we head to Calgary, minimum a week prior to.

    That way, you can get your order in time for the drop.

About DELIVERY AND Shipping ✈️

  • We ship every week, Monday-Thursday. Shipping happens right after bake days.

  • We ship Canada-wide, and to the US.

    Please note: Once it leaves our kitchen, delivery times depend on Canada Post/UPS/USPS.

  • Shipping vary by province/state and is calculated at checkout.

  • For bulk and events only we can deliver (Edmonton/Calgary). Otherwise shipping or pickups only, cookie-bestiee!
